i too witnessed a similar scene this morning-does it have something to do with the nesting time(  eggs for food) which makes the crows wild in this season.while driving to work i saw a flock(or murder? -so apt) of  about 10 crows surround a small bush atop the metro station opp rail bhavan.they first chased a common myna out of it and then another and then to my horror they pulled out a small nest out of that bush.luckily the nest wasn't very big -they had probably just started making it and it was empty.but the scene was quite wild -as if  all the crows were out for a thrill like a gang of wild kids

Crow's role in nature is to keep things under control. But we have outnumbered & pushed everything to the brink. We blame crows, who are just performing their job, for what we have done on a much larger scale.

Dear Manoj, i totally agree with you. sometimes i guess we forget the laws
of nature and try to as humans use our intelligence and decide what's wrong
or right.
